Sunday night is here again and is usually a time when I have an hour to collect my thoughts before getting ready for the next working week.
This weekend has been a bit quiet over at TCR fm, so instead of my 9am breakfast show I was in "cover mode" for the 11am presenter on Saturday and Sunday, and that meant 2 x 3 hour shows. Seeing as I was used to 2 hours at a time that felt like a lot to me. Saturday I managed to break studio 2's computer while sorting out a new hard drive. I learnt the hard way how not to do things. All was fixed by the end of my show on Sunday (and who said I was no good at multitasking).
Then, no rest on returning home as it was Reach OnAir's monthly "Your Voice" show with the rest of the management team. We unveiled some neat new features and asked for more feedback on suggestions put forwards. The show will soon be in podcast form from ReachOnAir.com
So, feeling rather tired, I'd say it is possible to have too much of a good thing. I won't be stepping near a microphone until next weekend. Phew!
